Great service at the Service Department. I was traveling from Austin to Houston when my coolant temperature light came on. I googled the nearest auto repair shop open on Saturdays and Riata Ford popped up. I drove less than 3 miles to get there and was met by Ross. He immediately looked at my vehicle and saw that I needed my coolant checked. They checked me in and I was able to get my car repaired in less than an hour! Heidi in the Service Department was very friendly and the waiting area was clean and cool. Thanks so much for the quick service and allowing me to get back on the road quickly! Heidi and Ross were the best!

My girlfriend worked with Ajay in the past to buy her car here, and it was my turn. Riata does not mark up above MSRP to try to rip off its customers, both inventory and ordered vehicles. Ajay worked to offer a fair value for my trade-in, and we were able to work out the terms of the deal within an hour. Jeff, the Sales Manager, did not BS me in the financing office. He did not use any pushy sales tactics. He offered the available products in a professional manor, which I politely declined. He also allowed me to review the paperwork at my pace to make sure everything was correct. Ajay and Jeff made sure all my questions were answered. After financing, Ajay was great with the delivery of the car, showing me the FordPass app, and the available options. The car sales industry is having a hard time due to shortages, but Riata is making sure they treat their customers correctly! I recommend placing your next order, or shop the lot inventory, here!

Thank you Michael Jackson for answering all the questions I had prior to purchasing my vehicle. Sometimes I felt like I was bothering him too much and he would still reply. Thank you for having great customer service! I also asked Mr. Jackson and Jeff Ledezma to please not have the front grill drilled for the license plate: they listened! Thank you! I was able to place an aftermarket license plate holder without drilling the front. Great experience at Riata Ford!
